RN / Chief Operating Officer job in Texas BSX1633 in Kirby, TX

Healthcare organization is southern Texas is seeking an RN / Chief Operating Officer. This position will be responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the employed physicians group has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people and systems to effectively grow the organization, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The position will require a performance of all duties in a manner that promotes the Medical Groups mission and core values. The COO will work effectively with all physicians and leadership, vendors and contacts that support operations and Board of Directors. The major challenges include developing a successful integrated Primary Care medical group model within market area, ensuring growth strength, and stability of a changing employed physician medical group while ensuring stewardship of scarce resources, and supporting/implementing quality programs that improves quality of care.
